Collective Decision Making

Within a company, we can find ourselves having different opinions or roles while making a decision. This is why it is important to understand who decides, in which context and way, and this is not always easy. Besides, also because - when a team of peers chooses to decide - the only result is often the frustration of a missed or not shared decision.
