Teams and Roles in Agility

Working in dynamic, diverse, cross-functional teams related to different projects will increasingly become part of everyone's daily routine. We will work more and more in teams that are self-organized, changing and evolving according to the project goal and context, depending on what the market demands. We will be part of different teams, in which we will act in different roles that will ask us to contribute in a non-prescriptive way with our personal skills, experiences and qualities.
