Agile and Agility

Talking about Agility we refer to values and principles defined in the Agile Manifesto. In this course, however, we do not refer to a specific methodology, leaving the possibility open on using the most appropriate methodology and tools in each context. 

What and how many Agile methodologies and practices are in use? How can they help us make our internal processes more agile?
